Awarded as one of the Best Employers in 2025, they are looking for qualified individuals to join their dynamic environment dedicated to improving lives within the community.\n\nWork location: West side polyclinics\nJob Responsibilities:\nProvide technical leadership and oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring continuity, quality and effective stakeholder support.\n\nSupervise, mentor and assess staff competency, including training, performance monitoring and development.\n\nLead quality management activities, including quality control, audits, quality indicators, incident review and continuous improvement.\nEnsure compliance with HCSA, ISO 15189, ESS and other applicable regulatory and professional standards.\n\nEvaluate and validate equipment, instruments, reagents, imaging modalities and test methods prior to implementation.\n\nOversee equipment commissioning, calibration, maintenance and performance monitoring, and resolve technical issues.\n\nMaintain effective document control, records management and service documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability and audit readiness.\n\nInvestigate technical, operational and quality issues, leading root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.\n\nPromote workplace, biological, chemical and radiation safety, including risk assessment, incident reporting and emergency preparedness.\n\nMonitor service performance, support incident and complaint investigations, and prepare quality and management reports as required.\n\nRequirements:\nAt least 5 years’ clinical lab management and phlebotomy experience\n\nDegree in Biomedical Science or equivalent\n\nASCP certification will be a strong advantage\n\nInterested candidates may whatsapp your resume to 8977 7062.
