Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines.\n\nMin 5-6 years' experience in Quality Engineering and/or Design within electronics or software development.\n\nMin. 4-5 years of experience in both external and internal customer-facing roles, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nStrong understanding of electronic manufacturing, assembly and test processes.\n\nExperience with product development, quality tools and risk-based quality practices.\n\nExperience supporting or auditing ISO 9001 quality systems.\n\nStrong hands-on troubleshooting and failure analysis capabilities.\n\nProven ability to collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and global teams.\n\nPreferred but not a must\nExperience with SDLC, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or Lean methodologies.\n\nKnowledge of Six Sigma, DFSS or Reliability Engineering.\n\nExperience in hardware design/manufacturing within automotive, aerospace, semiconductor or consumer electronics.\n\nRelevant certifications such as ASQ CSQE or Six Sigma Black Belt.\n\nExposure to AI/GenAI, Machine Learning, analytics, data visualisation or digital automation in engineering, testing, quality or manufacturing.\n\nFamiliarity with data pipelines, model validation and scalable digital solutions.\n📩 Your recruiter: WhatsApp your CV/resume to Celine at 8977 7051 for a quicker response.\nYou may also drop your resume via email to  – only shortlisted candidates will be notified.\nCeline Chan I Reg.
