They are expanding their global footprint and are now looking for a Purchasing Executive to join their outstanding team!\nWork Location: Tampines\nJob Responsibilities:\nPrepare and manage quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, purchase orders, and goods receive notes accurately \nArrange local and overseas deliveries to meet customer and project timelines \nTrack shipments and invoices to ensure timely receipt \nMaintain parts inventory to support production and project needs \nEnter and update data on opened projects and follow up on outstanding action items to ensure progress \nMonitor purchase order status to confirm on-time delivery and supplier commitments \nIdentify and evaluate new suppliers offering quality products at competitive prices \nMonitor supplier performance and address quality concerns to maintain standards \nVerify supplier invoices before payment processing \nMaintain supplier price lists and payment records \nSupport the team with adhoc administrative tasks as required \n\nRequirements:\nAt least 1 – 2 years’ parts purchasing experience, in semiconductor / engineering industry will be a strong advantage\nStrong communication skills to liaise with suppliers\n\nInterested candidates may whatsapp your resume to 8977 7062.
