This role is essential in supporting the production and assembly of water treatment systems by fabricating and handling PVC components to the highest quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFabricate, assemble, and install PVC components and piping according to project specifications and engineering drawings.\nCut, join, and fit PVC materials using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.\nInspect PVC components for defects or damage and ensure quality standards are met.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area adhering to health and safety policies.\nAssist in inventory management of PVC materials and report stock levels to the Stores Operative.\nCollaborate closely with production team members and project engineers to meet production schedules and customer requirements.\nFollow company procedures and quality standards to ensure compliant and consistent output.\nRequirements\nCandidate Requirements:\nBasic Knowledge and familiar with industrial and municipal water industry concepts, practices, and procedures. \nExcellent knowledge and proven experience of mechanical assembly and PVC/ABS pipework installations on packaged skid equipment and within plant rooms from ½” to 12”. \nRecognised qualifications related to health and safety in a manufacturing / site environment and qualified mechanical installation and maintenance\nUnderstanding of health and safety practices relevant to PVC fabrication.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications is a plus.\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.\nTeam player with good communication skills.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.\nBenefits\n25 Days holiday plus bank holidays and you
