programming experience.\nOur facility relies heavily on complex Siemens automation architecture (S7-300/400 platforms, distributed I/O, and field instrumentation), and the Maintenance Manager must be able to diagnose issues, work inside energized control cabinets, and resolve live control system faults.\nHands-on controls/PLC experience and the required NFPA 70E qualification to open and service energized cabinets.\nIdeally qualifications in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.\nExperienced in plant maintenance management, preferably in water or wastewater treatment.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nProficiency in maintenance management software.\nComprehensive understanding of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and best
