The drive to pioneer advancements continues today, as we develop smart, simple diagnostic technology.\nJob Description\nThe Shipping & Receiving Associate ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant shipment and receipt of materials for a biotech manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for preparing domestic and international shipments, maintaining shipping documentation, coordinating carriers, and protecting temperature-sensitive products throughout transit. This role is a key member of the Core Operations team here at EnviroLogix, a global leader in the production of diagnostic testing for the agriculture industry.\nKey Responsibilities\nPick, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately.\nPrepare shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork.\nCoordinate parcel, freight, expedited, and temperature-controlled shipments.\nFollow cold-chain, hazardous-material, and applicable DOT/IATA shipping requirements.\nVerify incoming materials against purchase orders and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies.\nComplete inventory transactions and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in the ERP system.\nCommunicate shipment delays, documentation issues, and material discrepancies promptly.\nMaintain an organized, safe, and inspection-ready shipping and receiving area.\nQualifications\n2+ years of shipping and receiving experience, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical-device, or regulated manufacturing.\nStrong knowledge of carrier systems, shipping documentation, packaging, and inventory transactions.\nExperience with international, temperature-controlled, or hazardous-material shipments preferred.\nHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet daily shipping deadlines.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and operate material-handling equipment safely.\nThe anticipated hiring range for this position is: $20.00 - $24.00/hour.
