We harness innovative technology and exceptional talent to meet the complex needs of our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic legal landscape.\nWe are seeking a Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator to join our Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Texas or Washington, DC office. This person, working with others, will coordinate interview schedules for lateral partner candidates and will also assist with various logistics surrounding the lateral partner interview process. The work hours for the Lateral Partner Recruiting Coordinator will go through 6pm ET or occasionally 7pm ET; flexible start time or other scheduling adjustments can be discussed to accommodate.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPrepares and coordinates multiple candidate interview schedules weekly; anticipates partners’ needs based on calendars and adjusts interview schedules as needed.\nCoordinates virtual interviews by Microsoft Teams; ensures interviews are started, monitored and executed flawlessly.\nPrepares and sends candidate pre-interview materials alongside meeting reminders; updates and maintains candidate materials on an ongoing basis.\nSends interview evaluation forms to internal partners and monitors completion of evaluation forms; follows up with partners as needed based on Lateral Lead’s requests.\nCoordinates candidate travel via Travel Department and catering needs for in person interviews and meetings.\nCoordinates with Lateral Partner Recruiting Directors and Associate Directors during candidate visits to their offices; greets candidates as needed.\nWorks across all candidates, both domestic and our European, Middle East and Asia-Pacific offices.\nMaintains lateral partner tracking sheets as appropriate, including contacting Lateral Leads for regular updates.\nMaintains all stats on lateral candidates including start date; position; previous employment, etc. Using this data to provide reports as requested by the Lateral Team.\nEnsures all lateral partner candidates are entered into Lawcruit (application tracking database) accurately. Raising with Lateral Leads if there is any historic data related to an application.\nCoordinates with headhunters when needed and maintains search firm agreements.\nProcesses expense reimbursements and invoices in Chrome River.\nStandard work week hours expected through 6pm or occasionally 7pm ET.\nAdditional duties as requested.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. \nMust be able to communicate well with lawyers, candidates, all levels of administrative staff, and contacts outside the firm. \nPossess excellent facilitation and organizational skills, with the ability to work proactively, to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining poise under pressure.\nStrong experience across Excel and PowerPoint is highly desirable.\nAttention to detail is highly important in this role. \nBachelor’s degree preferred; law firm and/or professional services experience as well as recruiting experience is preferred.\nAbility to work through 6pm ET and/or 7pm ET as needed.\nThe firm offers a generous total compensation package with bonuses and raises awarded in recognition of individual merit-based performance.
