The Recruiting Intern will play an integral role in law school hiring with responsibility for day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, expense reports, event planning, and other special projects.RESPONSIBILITIES\nLaw School Recruiting\nAssist with recruitment programing and on campus recruiting initiatives.\nSchedule attorney interviews and lunches.\nAssist with the planning and implementation of training programs.\nReserve conference rooms, order meals, create and distribute e-mail and other invitations; compile and distribute program materials; coordinate program logistics for presentations.\nHelp coordinate and calendar campus and recruiting events.\nGreet candidates for interviews, as needed.\nProcess student and vendor reimbursements.\nInput/organize application data in applicant tracking system (resumes, transcripts, evaluations, letters).\nUpdate branding and graphics for presentations and events; distribute giveaways.\nMaintain relevant trackers for active candidates and summer associates.\nDraft letters and emails for team.\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\nCompletion of bachelor’s degree preferred.\nCandidate must be at least 21 years old.\nHighly skilled in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel\nEvent management skills\nInterpersonal skills\nQUALIFICATIONS\nFriendly and outgoing personality\nDemonstrate ability to multi-task under pressure and produce results in a dynamic and competitive environment\nSophisticated verbal and written communication skills.\nWORK HOURS\n9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. with flexibility for overtime and weekends\nThe firm offers a generous total compensation package with bonuses and raises awarded in recognition of individual merit-based performance.
