You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.\nThese are your responsibilities :\nPartners with recruiters to understand needs and help streamline processes, allowing them to focus on sourcing and hiring top talent. \nSupports clinicians through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation, credentialing, and compliance requirements are met.\nProvides support to the clinical recruiting team, assisting with scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing recruitment-related documentation.\nManages and maintains candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.\nCommunicates with candidates to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive candidate experience.\nAssist in preparing reports and tracking key recruitment metrics, identifying areas for process improvement. \nWorks cross-functionally with credentialing and hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition from hiring to onboarding.\nMaintains and updates job postings as needed, ensuring alignment with hiring needs.\nHandles various administrative duties, including responding to inquiries, maintaining files, and supporting special projects as assigned.\nOther duties as assigned.\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.\nEducation/Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.\nPrevious experience with supporting recruitment functions is highly preferred.\nKnowledge & Skills:\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with recruiters, clinicians, and hiring managers.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment software.\nIf you are ready to join an exciting, progressive company and have a strong work ethic, join our team of experts!
