Task

Mapping current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvementBuilding and maintaining financial and operational models in Excel to support business decision-makingTranslating complex data and user needs into clear, functional requirementsIdentifying opportunities for workflow improvement and automationManaging multiple concurrent projects of moderate to high complexity with limited supervisionBuilding and maintaining project plans, schedules, and milestonesTracking budgets, resources, and deliverable timelines to ensure projects remain on time and within budgetSupporting coordination of project team prioritiesHighlighting operational issues and supporting their resolutionManaging risks, dependencies, and project logsFacilitating alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders including senior management audiencesProviding informal coaching and peer review of work for junior team members

Expectation

Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Finance or another Business discipline5+ years in finance, business analysis, or project managementDemonstrated experience in financial/operational modelling and process mappingAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointData visualization software familiarityExperience using project management toolsFamiliarity with Agile or Waterfall frameworksSkilled in workshop and meeting facilitationCollaborative team player comfortable with informal coaching and peer review

Other

PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred
