You can independently work through complex technical problems, collaborate effectively with partners, and balance sound engineering practices with practical product requirements.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience\nApproximately 5+ years of software development experience, or equivalent demonstrated capability\nStrong experience with C#/.NET, including development of web APIs and backend services\nExperience building modern web applications using React or a comparable front-end framework\nExperience developing or integrating cloud-hosted applications and services\nWorking knowledge of RESTful APIs, HTTP, software design patterns, and modern software engineering practices\nExperience participating in the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, code review, and deployment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in one or more of the following areas would be valuable, but candidates do not need to bring every item:\nMicrosoft Azure, including App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, or Key Vault\nASP.NET Core Web APIs and Entity Framework Core\nReact ecosystem technologies such as React Router, Redux Toolkit, React Query, or Material UI\nProduction integration of AI/ML services, Azure AI services, or cloud-hosted inference APIs\nIntegration of cloud services with native desktop applications\nCI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code technologies such as Terraform and YAML\nComplex systems, distributed architectures, or microservices\nComputer graphics, imaging, or video-processing technologies, including OpenGL\nMedical or dental imaging systems\nCT technology or image reconstruction\nSoftware development in an FDA-regulated or similarly regulated environment\nIND123\nTarget Market Salary Range:\nActual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
