Envoy operates both Embraer E-170 and E-175 aircraft. The regional airline has expanded its network outside of the U.S. to international destinations in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.\nOur paid 11-week summer internship will not only enhance your studies, but also provide an educational experience you can’t find in the classroom. As an intern, you will learn real world skills while building a professional network of future peers. You will learn the ins and outs of how your team impacts the business day to day and gain an understanding of the commercial aviation business.\nPay rate: $22/hr\nResponsibilities\nTypical job duties include:\nAttend monthly C2E ambassador meetings to observe discussions and capture feedback themes\nReview existing C2E materials and identify opportunities to make them more engaging and practical\nCollect and organize data from multiple sources (e.g., safety reports, engagement surveys, maintenance metrics) for analysis\nExtract maintenance performance data from internal systems and create Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting\nDraft and refine manager engagement resources such as huddle guides, recognition templates, and communication pieces\nBuild and maintain a simple tracking tool or dashboard to monitor engagement activities and key metrics\nCollaborate with Maintenance Planning, Technical Services, Aircraft Technical Support, SOC, and line/base maintenance teams to validate tools and gather insights\nSummarize feedback and pilot results into clear, actionable insights for leadership\nDocument processes and create easy-to-follow guides for sustaining engagement efforts after the internship\nQualifications\nThe ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment and possess the ability to handle & prioritize various projects to meet deadlines and objectives. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.\nPosition Requirements:\nMinimum age of 18 \nEnrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in: Business, Aviation Management, or related field. \nMust be classified as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student upon start of internship \n3.0 minimum Grade Point Average \nStrong organizational and analytical skills; ability to interpret data and identify trends. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Power BI or similar tools preferred. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. \nComfortable working in a maintenance and safety-critical environment and engaging with frontline employees. \nAbility to manage time effectively and work independently on structured tasks. \nMust be willing and able to travel \nMust be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language \nPossess the legal right to work in the United States \nPlease note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
