As an intern, you will learn real world skills while building a professional network of future peers. You will learn the ins and outs of how your team impacts the business day to day and gain an understanding of the commercial aviation business.\nPay rate: $22/hr\nResponsibilities\nThis is an exciting opportunity in which you will have the unique opportunity to work with the Talent Development team to analyze data across multiple programs to support strategic planning as well as develop standardized data templates, guides, and establish consistent and efficient processes.\nTypical job duties include:\nCollaborate with the Talent Development team to optimize program structures based on your data-based findings \nUse Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI to analyze program data to inform strategic planning for Talent Development programs \nUse Power Automate to create flows to automate emails and notifications \nAssist in evaluating team structures and workflows to provide actionable recommendations for process improvements and efficiency \nCreate guides and templates to be used in data collection and documentation of processes and procedures \nPrepare reports and presentations related to development initiatives \nAssisting in Culture and Performance Management initiatives \nOther HR related duties \nQualifications\nThe ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment and have the ability to prioritize work and projects to meet deadlines and objectives. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, be self-motivated, analytical, and curious.\nPosition Requirements:\nMinimum age of 18\nEnrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in: human resource management, data analytics, finance, accounting, economics or related field\nIf not pursuing a science, technology, engineering, math or HR degree, a minor in computer science or IT is preferred\nMust be classified as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student upon start of internship\n3.0 minimum Grade Point Average\nProficiency in MS Office that includes Advanced Excel skills, like pivot tables, xlookups, and macros \nProficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerBI, and Tableau \nStrong ability to interpret diverse data sets, identify patterns or trends, and formulate well-supported recommendations based on insights\nStrong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines\nAbility to work collaboratively with different teams and contribute to group projects\nAbility to present complex data and insights clearly and effectively to all levels of management, tailoring the presentation style to suit both technical and non-technical audiences\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing\nMust be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language\nPossess the legal right to work in the United States \nPlease note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
