Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service.\nWe offer:\nAmazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network\nTraining and development programs to take your career to the next level\nComprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location)\nResponsibilities\nHow will you make an impact?\nResponsibilities\nThe Production Control Analyst reports to the Production Control Department Crew Chief.\nWorking with various customers, the Analyst will monitor the dock maintenance schedule and flow, to accurately and timely prepare maintenance package(s) (electronic and/or paper) in advance of upcoming aircraft’s arrival.\nDuring the aircraft’s time at the station, the analyst will monitor paperwork, prepare needed documents, contact customer(s) planning department, and process paperwork.\nPrior to departure of the aircraft, the analyst is responsible for ensuring that all aircraft documentation has been returned to the department, where the paperwork will be processed to be returned to the customer.\nAssists in various departmental tasks which can include but not be limited to writing, auditing files, and scanning.\nAssists in maintaining employee master training folder and coordinates completed training with customers.\nCompiles and prepares data to assist management in policy and procedure considerations.\nPerforms a variety of other functions/projects assigned to achieve the department/company's goals and business objectives.\nQualifications\nWho are we looking for?\nRequirements\nThe ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and work independently, sometimes under pressure to meet competing deadlines. They should possess initiative and critical thinking skills while working with minimal supervision.\nMinimum Age 18, \nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMust be able to work weekends, rotating shifts and holidays\nPossess the legal right to work in the United States\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing\nAbility to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint\nAbility to learn new software applications and apply knowledge\nAdditional Position Details\nCandidates must fulfill a fingerprint based criminal background check to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.\nCandidates must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, in addition to clearing other airport related requirements, if applicable.\nThis position may be subject to the Department of Transportation (DOT).
