Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service.\nWe offer:\nAmazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network\nTraining and development programs to take your career to the next level\nComprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location)\nResponsibilities\nHow will you make an impact?\nResponsibilities\nA planner develops immediate and overnight forecasted scheduling of aircraft maintenance requirements based on aircraft location and station capabilities\nCoordinates schedule of required daily, overnight and long range maintenance on all aircraft including maintenance checks and deferred maintenance requirements\nDevelops, coordinates, and schedules Bill of Work for overnight maintenance and deferred tasks for department\nQualifications\nWho are we looking for?\nRequirements\nThe ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet competing deadlines from members of the team\nThe ability to show initiative and critical thinking skills are necessary\nMust be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred\nMust be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nMust have strong working knowledge with all Microsoft suite programs, must have a high level of expertise in Excel, including proficiency in writing and calculating formulas using V-Lookup and pivot tables\nMust be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language\nExperience in working effectively under deadline pressures preferred\nAbility to interact effectively with all levels of management preferred\nPossess a high level of organization and interpersonal skills preferred\nDemonstrated understanding of Envoy Maintenance and Engineering computer systems preferred\nStrong familiarity with Envoy Maintenance and safety policies, procedures, agreements and budgeting functions preferred\nAbove average organization, interpersonal, oral and written skills preferred\nHigh level of understanding of MOCPM performance and procedures preferred\nPlease note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
