Ensuring local station requirements are met and support safety objectives.\nSupport and oversight of agents tasked with the weight and balance planning of each American Eagle branded flight.\nQualifications\nWho are we looking for?\nRequirements\nMinimum age: 18\nHigh school diploma, GED, or International equivalent\nPossess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended driver’s license\nAbility to work a variety of rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off\nAbility to actively listen - giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.\nAbility to use sound business judgment to resolve issues with internal and external customers by identifying the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.\nAbility to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action.\nAbility to prioritize and execute with a sense of urgency and preciseness.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc\nMust be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language\nPossess the legal right to work in the United States\nPrevious Air Traffic Control experience preferred\n2+ year's airline operational work experience, Including weight and balance planning preferred\nExperience applying math principles for mathematical calculations preferred\nKnowledge of company programs including Ascent Aris GM, GETNG, VantagePoint preferred\nPlease note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
