This includes time change components, deferrals, Fleet Campaign Directives and Engineering Orders, including those designated for accomplishment during heavy maintenance checks\nCoordinates with MOC, SOC, Inventory Control and Maintenance for the routing and assignment of scheduled maintenance\nCreates and monitors EO/ERS/FCD Tracking Matrix; reconciles completed matrices with TCS history\nReviews Preplan and final BOWs (Bill of Work) for accuracy and scheduling conflicts to station capabilities\nProvides oversight of development and coordination of scheduled maintenance activity, training and direction to Planners on assigned fleet type to ensure timely completion of work\nResolves problems, evaluates and assists in development of departmental processes\nQualifications\nWho are we looking for?\nRequirements\nMust be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet competing deadlines from members of the team\nAble to show initiative and critical thinking skills are necessary\nMust be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated\nPossess the ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently and exercise effective time-management skills\nAbove-average oral and written communication skills are necessary in this position as well as the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nMust have an High School Diploma or GED equivalent\nMust hold valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate (requirement may be waived)\nMust complete Fleet Familiarization Training specific to the fleet type assignment\nMust be familiar with the applicable portions of the MOCPM (Maintenance Operations Control/Planning Manual) related to performance of their duties and the procedures stated within\nPlease note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
