growth.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nCollecting business requirements and decomposing them into backlog elements\n\nSupporting our Salesforce products\n\nWorking on the implementation of the foundation product\n\nDefine user stories implementation design and acceptance criteria\n\nDesigning the functionality in accordance with the client’s needs and good UX practices\n\nModeling and optimizing business processes\n\nDoing cost-benefit analysis for the solutions being implemented\n\nPreparing project documentation\n\nAssuring the realization is consistent with the system’s business architecture\n\nSupporting acceptance testing\n\nOccasional business trips to client\n\nWhat will you need?\nMinimum 2 years of experience as a consultant at an IT company\n\nExperience in working with Salesforce: necessary knowledge of standard Salesforce configuration\n\nA desire to develop your skills with Salesforce\n\nGood command of English (C1)\n\nFluency in Polish\n\nAbility to design business software, taking into consideration process diagrams and data models\n\nFamiliarity with the techniques of collecting business requirements and decomposing them\n\nGood grasp of UML and/or BPMN\n\nFamiliarity with the methodology of carrying out IT projects\n\nAbility to prepare IT system documentation\n\nSalesforce certificates will be a plus\n\nWhat we offer:\nHybrid work model –
