We support companies in their relations with customers, partners, and employees, providing advice and software that increases sales, facilitates achieving business goals, and encourages business growth.\nYour Role\nAs a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist / Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data architecture based on the Salesforce Data Cloud platform — in telecommunications environments characterised by very high data volumes, complex integrations, and strict compliance requirements.\nDepending on your experience, you may join at Specialist level (implementation & configuration) or Architect level (strategic design & technical leadership).\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDesign semantic data models and profile unification strategies for Telco clients\n\nCreate migration blueprints for transitioning legacy systems to Salesforce Data Cloud\n\nDevelop cross-cloud integration architecture (CDP, CRM, BSS/OSS)\n\nBuild enterprise data governance frameworks aligned with GDPR requirements\n\nDesign identity resolution and customer data privacy models\n\nDefine data quality policies and data lifecycle management standards\n\nConfigure and deploy Salesforce Data Cloud in Telco project environments\n\nOptimise queries, partitioning, and data performance at operator scale\n\nPlan infrastructure scalability \n\nTranslate technical decisions into business-friendly language for stakeholders \n\nWork closely with the team and clients\n\nWhat will you need?\nMinimum 3 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 1 commercial project involving Data Cloud\n\nSolid knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud architecture: data streams, data model, identity resolution, activation\n\nHands-on experience with data integration (REST/SOAP API, MuleSoft, or similar)\n\nPractical understanding of data governance principles and GDPR compliance\n\nAbility to design data models (ERD, semantic models, profile unification strategies)\n\nFluent English \n\nSalesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification or documented equivalent experience\n\nExpected availability: 30–40MD\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in the telecommunications industry (BSS/OSS, billing, Telco CRM)\n\nFamiliarity with Salesforce Communications Cloud or Industries Cloud\n\nAdditional certifications: Salesforce Data Cloud Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect\n\nExperience with Marketing Cloud or Agentforce area\n\nWhat we offer:\n🏡 Work Your Way: Hybrid, or in our (pet-friendly)office – your choice.\n\n💻 Gear Support: We help with equipment and extras.\n\n🤝 Onboarding Buddy: A supportive start for you.\n\n🚀 Agile Teams: Small, dynamic, Scrum-driven.\n\n📚 Learning Culture: Certifications and mentorship.
