We partner with leading corporates across financial services, property, telco, government, and FMCG, delivering work across media intelligence, online reputation management, 360 marketing and creative, events and activations, and IT services. \n\nRole overview\n\nBusiness Development Intern will support the BD team across the full client acquisition cycle, from research and outreach to proposal-building and pitch preparation. The successful candidate will gain direct exposure to how an integrated agency identifies, engages, and wins corporate clients across Malaysia.\n\nKey responsibilities\n\n1.Research and lead generation\n\nResearch organisations, industries, and decision-makers to identify new business opportunities\n\nAssist with outreach to establish initial contact with prospects\n\nSupport in understanding client needs, purchasing structures, and key contacts\n\nAttend client meetings, conferences, and industry events with the BD team\n\nBuild and nurture relationships with clients.\n\n2.Proposals and sales support\n\nPrepare presentations, one-pagers, and sales materials\n\nSupport proposal writing, pricing, and pitch preparation\n\nLiaise with internal teams for client-facing inputs\n\n3.Strategy and project support\n\nContribute to BD strategy discussions and planning sessions\n\nAssist with pipeline tracking and CRM updates\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\n\nCurrently pursuing a Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field\n\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\n\nDisciplined, consistent, and able to manage multiple tasks to deadline\n\nFriendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with audiences\n\nSelf-motivated with a clear drive to
