a HR Management Intern you will be a vital part of our team, assisting with essential HR functions and helping to enhance the employee experience across the organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nInvolve in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.\n\nProvide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including managing employee files, entering data and assisting with reporting.\n\nSupport the development and implementation of HR strategies aimed at boosting employee engagement, satisfaction and well-being.\n\nCollaborate closely with the People & Culture team to brainstorm and execute initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.\n\nOther Responsibilities:\n\nSupport in regular monitoring of office supplies, amenities, and overall workplace conditions for maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming office environment.\n\nAssist with planning and organizing events, including selecting venues, coordinating logistics and liaising with vendors.\n\nProvide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution, from registration to post-event wrap-up.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications:\n\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.\n\nFinal year students.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to multitask, prioritize effectively
