Intended for participants ready to take on more direct responsibility in technical operations. Participants perform assigned tasks with guidance while building confidence in installation, testing, and documentation.\nKey Training Areas:\nFiber optic and copper cable installation and termination \nEquipment mounting and infrastructure support \nBasic testing, troubleshooting, and circuit verification \nReading layouts, diagrams, and work instructions \nDocumentation of completed work and labeling standards \nQuality control and adherence to technical procedures \nOutcome: Participants are prepared for technician-level roles and are expected to complete routine tasks with growing independence and reliability.\nRequirements\nTo be considered for this position you must have the following:\nPossess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance\n Duration of training: 31 - 60 days \nInstall cable pathways (J-hooks, tray, ladder rack)\nPull, route, and label copper cabling\nPerform basic terminations and assist with testing\nFollow installation standards and project drawings\nPlacement on a track is based on prior experience, military background, technical aptitude, business needs, and program availability.\nTarget MOCs 3D1X2, 3D1X7, 25L, 25B, 25H, 0612, 0631\nWhat we offer: SkillBridge Fellows are not eligible for any employee benefits, however they may be available upon conversion to full-time.\nTo be eligible for SkillBridge, you must meet the following requirements:\nMust be eligible to participate in Fellowship per DoD Instruction 1322.29.\nMust be projected to receive an honorable discharge from the military.\nMust have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date.\nMust receive approval from Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command.\nMust be located within a commutable distance or willing/approved to relocate to the job location\nThe EOA Technologies SkillBridge Program is organized into five structured training tracks designed to support transitioning Service Members as they build practical, career-ready skills in telecommunications, data center infrastructure, technical operations, and leadership support functions. Each track is intended to provide hands-on learning, supervised experience, and exposure to real-world business operations.\n Participation in this program does not constitute employment with EOA Technologies.
