manufacturing and integration, including mechanical and electronic subsystems, harness fabrication, and final spacecraft assembly.\nIntegrate and deploy GSE hardware as needed to facilitate the build of the spacecraft and its associated components and subsystems.\nOversee HIL and Flatsat configurations, ensuring they are properly maintained and controlled.\nWork from engineering drawings and technical documents and ensure technicians do the same.\nDevelop process plans and standard operating procedures through regular collaboration with the engineering and production teams.\nIdentify and reduce process inefficiencies by developing strategies that improve technical workflows and increase efficiency.\nRaise awareness of any issues with build documentation or hardware and drive them to resolution with engineering.\nEnsure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and engineering specifications through proper training and preparation for all technician activities.\nFollow and
