By leveraging the Group’s global expertise and operational management experience, Fromosa is dedicated to providing professional recovery and resource-based solutions for pharmaceutical waste solvents. Through core processes including robust logistics/collection management, pre-treatment, distillation recovery, and pollution control, the company has a projected annual treatment capacity of 23,000 tons. Guided by rigorous EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and management systems, we ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality service while building long-term sustainable operational capabilities.
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive recycled solvent solutions, internally coordinating cross-departmental collaboration, evaluating feasibility, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development :
Drive the promotion and development of recycled solvent solutions.
Proactively develop prospective clients in the electronics, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
Develop and maintain solvent wholesale distributors and key industry partners.
Cross-Departmental Coordination & Project Management
Serve as the pivot for cross-functional collaboration, aligning inputs from legal, technical, and financial experts for project evaluation.
Manage project costing and business viability analysis for new ventures.
Regulatory Compliance & Strategy
Demonstrate professional knowledge of Taiwan's resource recycling and reuse regulations, ensuring all commercial projects comply with local laws and regulations.
Provide strategic recommendations in response to regulatory changes to assist management with compliance evaluations.

開發並維護溶劑批發經銷商及關鍵產業合作夥伴。
跨部門協調與專案管理
擔任跨部門溝通樞紐，整合法務、技術與財務專家意見，進行專案評估。
負責新專案之商業可行性分析。
法規遵循與策略
具備台灣資源回收與再利用法令之專業知識，確保所有商業合作案符合在地法規。
針對法規變化提供策略建議，協助管理層進行合規評估。
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Chemical Engineering or related disciplines.
Established network of contacts within the solvent distribution or recycling market.
Skills & Personal Attributes
Familiarity with the electronics supply chain or solvent market operations.
Deep understanding of and sensitivity to Taiwan’s resource recycling/reuse regulations.
Proactive and enthusiastic about exploring new fields (e.g., eco-friendly materials).
Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively acting as a bridge for cross-functional teams.
Strong business acumen, with the patience to manage long-term business development cycles.
