You’ll work closely with Solutions Architects to understand their workflows and challenges, and turn those needs into practical, scalable tools.\nYou’ll have significant ownership and the opportunity to take projects from problem → prototype → production.\nThis is not a traditional internal IT or support role. We’re looking for a strong developer who enjoys solving real-world technical problems, working closely with technical users, and building tools that have an immediate impact.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild internal tools and applications for the Solutions Architecture organization.\n\nAutomate repetitive technical and operational workflows.\n\nDevelop tools that improve solution design, customer preparation, demos, technical discovery, and documentation.\n\nWork directly with Solutions Architects to understand their needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.\n\nPrototype quickly, validate with users, and turn successful prototypes into production-quality tools.\n\nIntegrate internal systems, APIs, data sources, and third-party platforms.\n\nPartner with Engineering and Product teams when tools need to integrate with Eon’s core platform.\n\nOwn projects end-to-end, from defining the problem through development, deployment, and iteration.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the Solutions organization through software and automation.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong software engineering background with experience building production-quality applications and tools.\n\nStrong programming skills in Python and/or another modern programming language.\n\nExperience building internal tools, automation, developer tools, or SaaS applications.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into simple, useful solutions.\n\nAbility to work directly with technical users and understand their workflows.\n\nA builder mentality -
