They drive key technical initiatives, mentor and guide engineering teams, and take end-to-end ownership of infrastructure and system-level improvements while balancing risks and opportunities.\nThey collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, influence technical and product roadmaps, and establish best practices across the engineering organization. Effective communication is crucial as they document design decisions, share knowledge across teams, and engage with stakeholders to align on long-term product goals and technical vision. Additionally, they research and propose forward-thinking technical solutions to drive product innovation and the company’s success.\nIn this role you will:\nDesigning, coding, and debugging software.\nImproving the performance of existing software.\nProviding training to other engineers.\nMaintaining and upgrading existing software.\nRecommending new technologies that can help increase productivity.\nSupervising and overseeing the technical aspects of projects.\nInvestigating software-related complaints and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal software performance.\nRegularly attending team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas, and put forward solutions to any issues.\nSkills and Qualifications:\n6+ years experience as a Software Engineer\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT or relevant field\nHands-on experience with Nodejs and Angular is a must\nExtensive experience in software development, scripting and project management\nExperience using system monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic) and automated testing frameworks\nIn-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)\nStrong analytical skills.\nGood communication skills; verbal and written\nExcellent organizational and leadership skills\nProven experience in software development methodologies.\nProven experience building complex web systems.\nThe ability to multitask.\n“So what’s in it for me,” you ask?\nWe pride ourselves for being a culture-based company buzzing with high-energy.
