You’ll shape solutions that are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with our long-term vision to transform complex clinical care journeys through data and AI.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProduct Strategy & Vision:Define the clinical product roadmap, aligning clinical needs with business goals and market trends to deliver high-impact digital health tools.\nRequirements & Workflow Optimization:Map intricate clinical workflows and translate medical and regulatory requirements into clear user stories, epics, and engineering specs.\nCross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with physicians, nursing boards, software engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and legal teams to build and launch compliant products.\nLaunch & Measurement:Lead product go-to-market strategies, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor product adoption to drive continuous lifecycle iterations.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\nProduct Experience:3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or clinical digital transformation.\nHealthcare Domain Knowledge:Proven understanding of clinical workflows, Electronic Health Records (EHRs/EMRs), and medical terminology or healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).\nMethodology:Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdvanced Degree:Clinical background (RN, Rad Tech, or similar) or an MBA/Master’s in Health Informatics.\nClinical Acumen:Specialized knowledge in Oncology or Cardiovascular pathways.\nTechnical Acumen:Experience building or integrating AI/Machine Learning models, predictive analytics, or clinical decision support tools.\n“So what’s in it for me,” you ask?\nWe pride ourselves for being a culture-based company buzzing with high-energy.
