In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare software applications, directly impacting patient care and healthcare system efficiency. If you’re passionate about technology and healthcare and want to work with a market leader, this is the perfect opportunity for you.\nIn this role you will:\nExecute existing automated test cases, analyze test results, and report defects to keep software quality standards.\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing of healthcare software applications.\nCollaborate with technical implementation team to understand healthcare provider requirements, clinical workflows, and regulatory considerations.\nConduct post-configurations/deployment verification and validation to ensure successful implementation and address any issues reported by healthcare providers, co-coordinators, or patients.\nReview third party application and end to end workflow up to delivery channels to ensure day to day operations are being performed smoothly.\nPerform ad-hoc testing on urgent customer-reported issues to identify root causes and mitigate impact on healthcare operations and patient care.\nDocument and maintain a deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, clinical use cases, and patient care pathways to anticipate potential quality concerns.\nCollaborate with product management and development teams to prioritize and address customer-reported issues\nProactively identify opportunities to enhance software usability, clinical decision, and patient engagement based on customer feedback.\nCollaborate with other QA team members to identify automation requirements, automation acceptance criteria, and test scenarios that should be automated.\nSkills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.\n1 - 3 years of software testing and QA experience\nPractical experience in Cypress/Selenium framework is a plus\nGreat communication skills\nFamiliar with SDLC and STLC methodologies\nShould be good with relational database query concepts\nCan understand business requirements and its implementation in the application\nShould understand that healthcare product demands issues to be fixed on urgent requests\n“So what’s in it for me,” you ask?\nWe pride ourselves for being a culture-based company buzzing with high-energy.
