You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to gather and scope product requirements, ensuring seamless customer implementations. This role involves performing technical configuration steps, managing data uploads, and using custom scripts and SQL queries for historical data backloads and global product changes. You’ll track and document customer-specific dashboard data, provide time estimates for customizations, and maintain consistent communication with clients for feedback and approvals. Additionally, you’ll offer technical support during implementation calls and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy custom requirements. By providing Tier 3 support and troubleshooting implementation issues, you’ll ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience, ultimately contributing to Eon’s mission of improving patient care and healthcare affordability.\nIn this role you will:\nCollaborate with internal teams to gather and scope new product requirements during customer implementations\nPerform technical steps of the implementation process, including developing and reviewing site specific data configs\nManage and perform bulk dashboard uploads, like historical data backloads and global product data changes using custom scripts and SQL queries\nUpload and track customer specific dashboard data configurations\nDocument and maintain customer portfolios\nProvide time estimates to clients who require additional customizations to be done and communicate with them throughout the process to obtain feedback and approval\nProvide technical support in customer implementation calls\nCollaborate with the product, development and success teams to track and deploy custom requirements by customers during implementations\nProvide Tier 3 Support for implementations related issues and communicate with internal teams\nSkills and Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field\n1-3 years of relevant experience\nMust have Hands-on experience with SQL\nExperience using Jira, Slack, and GitHub\nKnowledge about HL7 standards is a plus\nMust have excellent English communication skills and experience with documenting root cause analysis\nMust have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment\nAbility to work in a 24x7 environment\n“So what’s in it for me,” you ask?\nWe pride ourselves for being a culture-based company buzzing with high-energy.
