You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, testing, and deployment teams to ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and support product development.\nResponsibilities\nArchitect, configure, and maintain Linux servers supporting experimental workloads and simulations for various battery storage applications.\n\nImplement secure, isolated environments for prototype applications and test logging.\n\nDevelop automation scripts and tooling (Bash, Python, etc.) to streamline application testing workflows.\n\nDiagnose and resolve issues related to compute performance, networking, or experimental workloads.\n\nEnsure server security complies with latest cybersecurity standards and requirements\n\nDocument system architectures, development environments, and operational procedures\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong proficiency with Linux server environments (Ubuntu, Debian).\n\nExperience configuring systems for high-performance workloads.\n\nProficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) and automation.\n\nHands-on experience with configuration management\n\nSolid understanding of networking fundamentals and secure system design.\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex, experimental environments.\n\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.\n\nMinimum of 5 years' experience\n\nTravel\nLocal Travel: Less than 10%\n\nOvernight/North America: Less than 10%\n\nWorking Conditions\nOffice Environment - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
