For more information about Eos (NASDAQ: EOSE), visit eose.com.\nResponsibilities\nTroubleshoot battery storage systems to identify and resolve issues\n\nManage a ticketing system to ensure that customer requests and issues are addressed promptly\n\nCollaborates with services and product teams, vendors, and others to develop and implement performance metrics, reports, and data analytics to track system performance and identify areas for improvement\n\nAnalyze system data to identify trends and potential issues before they become critical\n\nCollaborate with other members of the Services team to develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve system performance and customer satisfaction\n\nAssist with developing and implementing training programs for customers and other Services team members\n\nProvide technical support to customers and Services team members as needed, either remotely or on-site\n\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and industry trends related to battery storage systems\n\nContribute to knowledge library of internal and external facing technical solutions to improve organizational and customer knowledge of products and usage\n\nSupport Projects and Services organizations as needed.\n\nMust be able to work on-call, including weekends and holidays, as needed\n\nMay be required to work on-site at customer locations, which may include working in confined spaces or at heights.\n\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\n\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering required\n\nMinimum of 5 years' related experience\n\nTravel\nLocal Travel\n\nOvernight/North America\n\nWorking Conditions\nOffice Environment - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.May be required to exert up to 25 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.\n\nFactory - The worker may be subject to hazards.
