For more information about Eos (NASDAQ: EOSE), visit eose.com.\nAbout the Role:\nThe Product Manager will be a key contributor to Eos’ product development path to realize a growing battery energy storage product portfolio based on Eos’ unique battery technology.\nAccountable For:\nThe Product Manager will be accountable for product drivers that is aligned to Eos product strategies and development roadmap leading to maintaining a stable product platform while contributing to the development of next generation product features.\nResponsibilities\nProactively identify product gaps, industry needs/trends, and pain/value points for internal and external customers through rigorous market research. Focus on opportunities for product differentiation and growth.\n\nQuantify the value of new product features to help define a minimum viable product and product roadmap\n\nCollaborate with Commercial, Projects Field Service, and Engineering organizations to present a clear picture of current product capabilities and a future timeline of product types and capabilities\n\nTranslate product roadmap and business strategy into detailed requirements which the software engineering organization can develop into software products and platform. Obtain buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization.\n\nParticipate in customer meetings with Sales/Business Development/Commercial teams to advise on questions about product capabilities\n\nCoordinate product development, testing, and release between internal and external stakeholders to ensure new products meet product requirements and expectations, and release commitments\n\nWrite business cases as well as user stories, market requirements, product requirements, and other similar documents\n\nCreate or lead internal efforts to create transition materials for platform and products for software introduction steps, and also to onboard new stakeholders\n\nDesign and build operational processes to help engineering and development teams towards product delivery outcomes\n\nVisit Eos customer installations and production facilities depending on customer and business needs\n\nManage multiple initiatives concurrently, both minor and major\n\nAdditional job duties may be assigned at any time, with or without notice, as determined by business needs.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nDirect knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), software platforms and products in the ESS industry\n\nStrong organizing skills and ability to balance multiple priorities at once.\n\nFacilitate agile team meetings\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with professional and technical staff, manufacturing and operations staff, third-party partners, customers and customer-facing department members.\n\nPeople management skills; supervising of direct reports including, but not limited to, Technical Project Managers.\n\nAbility to keep team members accountable for assigned deliverables in a matrixed organization.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong professional presentation skills and the ability to develop effective presentation content for stakeholder communications.\n\nAn understanding of how to manage and balance product costs, features, and development/launch schedules.\n\nA passion for solving complex problems with creative, innovative, elegant solutions.\n\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science/engineering, or similarrequired.\n\nMBA or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science/engineering, or similarpreferred.\n\nMinimum of 8 years' experience.\n\nTravel\nLocal Travel: 10-25%\n\nOvernight/North America: 10-25%\n\nWorking Conditions\nOffice Environment - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
