Design Optimization: Account for Design for Manufacture (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and cost constraints. Prototyping: Build and test prototype electronic circuits, wiring harnesses, and associated systems. Lifecycle, Integration & Testing Lifecycle Management: Apply engineering practices across concept development, design, integration, test, and sustainment. V&V Activities: Execute test, evaluation, characterisation, verification, and validation of subsystems with test engineers. Design Sign-off: Conduct rigorous test activities to verify requirements and formally sign off on designs. Diagnostics: Perform research, diagnostics, and hardware troubleshooting on equipment and prototypes. Collaboration & Project Support Systems Alignment: Partner with System and Project Enginee
