The role assists with quotations, customer orders, inventory tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication, helping ensure sustainment activities are delivered efficiently and on schedule.\nPrimary Duties\nSupport the Project Manager with day-to-day sustainment and aftermarket activities.\nMaintain project schedules, action registers, records, and documentation.\nProcess customer quotation requests and track them through review and approval workflows.\nMonitor customer orders and provide updates on order status, lead times, and deliveries.\nCoordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to support project requirements.\nAssist with inventory tracking, material requests, stock transfers, and shipment activities.\nFollow up on engineering documentation and part release status as required.\nMaintain accurate project, customer, and inventory information within business systems.\nPrepare routine reports on quotations, orders, inventory, and delivery performance.\nEscalate potential risks, delays, or issues to the Project Manager.\nBuild a working knowledge of EOS products, configurations, and sustainment processes.\nPerform other duties as directed by the Project Manager.\nEssential Skills & Experience\n1-3 years' experience in administration, project support, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or a similar coordination role.\nStrong organisational and time-management skills.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.\nAbility to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.\nBasic to intermediate technical aptitude, with a willingness to learn engineering documentation, product structures, and sustainment processes.\nDesirable Skills & Experience\nExperience in defence, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or sustainment environments.\nExperience using ERP systems such as SAP, Pronto, Oracle, or similar.\nUnderstanding of inventory management, procurement, or logistics processes.\nExposure to technical documentation, bills of materials (BOMs), or configuration
