This is a hands-on technical role to ensure that the company’s on-premises and Cloud Infrastructure is maintained and supported to meet the company requirements.\nReporting to the Operations Manager, you will be a part of a small team in the Network space, to drive quality, reliability and consistency of our systems, and end user support levels.\nPrimary Duties:\nTo support the existing network infrastructure - maintaining, monitoring of health and performance of networks in EOS offices\nAssist with implementation and documentation of networks in new locations.\nAssist with implementation and documentation of network upgrades to all locations.\nAssist with configuration management and asset management of the network infrastructure.\nAssist with monitoring of the EOS security Layers\nSupport and assistance with server connectivity and storage etc on Microsoft OS, Hyper-V, and Nutanix environments\nEssential Skills and Attributes:\nStrong knowledge in the areas of networking and security principles.\nStrong knowledge with network monitoring and network monitoring tools\nCisco Meraki Network Infrastructure maintenance, operation and support\nCisco Identity Services Engine maintenance, operation and support\nDesirable Skills and Attributes:\nGood understanding of on-premises networking and firewall solutions\nAwareness of ASD's Essential Eight security controls and DISP certification\nExperience with deploying 802.1x and other network security mechanisms\nExperience with Microsoft Azure landing zones and networking\nSolution oriented and problem solver\nExcellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills\nDisciplined and methodical in managing work activities and outcomes.\nStrong analytical abilities to understand issues and opportunities that drive service improvements.\nAbility to document designs and technical solutions\nUnderstanding of IT Change Management and Risk Management.\nExperience\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.\nJoin us in innovating with our defence and space businesses, shaping the future together.
