You will work hands-on with compute, storage, and networking equipment, ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDeploy new hardware (servers, storage, networking) to expand data centre capacity\nPerform physical repairs and upgrades on existing infrastructure\nIdentify and resolve technical issues related to hardware, connectivity, and configuration\nRelocate or reconfigure hardware to support operational changes\nDecommission and recycle outdated equipment in line with company policies\nExecute network maintenance and deployment tasks, including cabling and port testing\nUse hardware/software tools and automation workflows to support daily operations\nMaintain accurate records of activities, including asset tracking and configuration updates\nParticipate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives\nCollaborate with technical teams to coordinate hardware replacements\nDocument repair and maintenance activities, including system configuration updates\nParticipate in emergency response efforts\nAdhere to all safety, security, and operational procedures\nUphold EOS values of integrity, innovation, and teamwork\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA\nTechnical diploma or certification in electronics, IT hardware, or related field\nExperience in data centre or IT hardware environments preferred\nBasic to intermediate computer skills and familiarity with network components\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions in English\nEffective communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively\nWillingness to travel locally between data centre sites\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to lift and manoeuvre equipment up to ~50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds\nDexterity to manage small and complex components\nFrequent standing, bending, and movement in confined spaces\nAbility to work in environments with elevated temperatures and noise levels\nBELONGING AT EOS\nAt EOS, we believe diversity drives innovation.
