In this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial candidate screening and technical qualification calls, assessing candidate suitability against role requirements and ensuring a consistent, high-quality recruitment process.\nWorking closely with recruiters, hiring managers and business stakeholders, you will help build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical technical positions across multiple regions. You will play an important role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring accurate candidate evaluation, interview coordination and recruitment administration.\nKey Responsibilities\nCandidate Screening & Talent Assessment (70%)\nConduct structured screening and technical qualification calls with candidates for data centre and infrastructure-related positions.\nAssess candidates' technical skills, experience, career aspirations and overall suitability against role requirements.\nEvaluate candidates against predefined competencies and screening criteria, providing detailed feedback and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers.\nMaintain a consistent and objective screening process across all assigned requisitions.\nBuild and manage active candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring demand.\nPartner closely with recruiters to prioritise hiring activity and support recruitment delivery across multiple geographies.\nMaintain accurate and timely candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nSupport direct sourcing activities and candidate outreach where required.\nPromote the EOS employer brand through positive candidate interactions and professional communication.\nRecruitment Coordination & Candidate Experience (30%)\nCoordinate candidate interviews and manage interview logistics across multiple time zones.\nEnsure candidates receive timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process.\nSupport interview scheduling and partner with hiring teams to ensure an efficient hiring process.\nAssist with recruitment administration, reporting and pipeline tracking.\nSupport offer preparation and onboarding coordination activities as required.\nEnsure recruitment processes comply with company policies, employment regulations and data privacy requirements.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nPrevious experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or talent sourcing.\nExperience conducting candidate screening interviews and evaluating candidate suitability.\nAbility to assess technical skills and experience within infrastructure, IT, engineering or data centre environments.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in recruitment administration and documentation.\nExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.\nStrong stakeholder and relationship management skills.\nAbility to work effectively across different regions, cultures and time zones.\nA proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience recruiting or screening candidates for data centre, networking, infrastructure, cloud or IT operations roles.\nFamiliarity with technical screening methodologies and competency-based interviewing techniques.\nExperience supporting high-volume hiring programmes.\nKnowledge of global recruitment processes and candidate management best practices.\nExperience working within technology services, IT infrastructure or related industries.\nWhere You Will Be Based\nThis position supports our global Data Centre hiring programme.
