In this role you will enthusiastically teach internal users how to best interact with and utilize technology; providing support as needed via face to face interaction, chat, email, and video calls. \nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nWork with events- and communication teams on Town Hall requirements and manage all parties involved to ensure a seamless execution.\nProvide advisory on AV setup (facilities, infrastructure, recording)\nSchedule setup and on-site support Cisco TelePresence (Executives only)\nAV hardware maintenance and vendor management, trouble-shooting, root cause investigation\nVC firmware upgrades and testing.\nSetup and on-site support Video Call (all clients), laptop setups, camera / microphone adjustments\nPerform video conference firmware upgrades and testing\nSchedule and monitor video conference call\nSupport and manage virtual meeting rooms\nManage channels of Audio Video control system/ Internet Protocol Television system\nManage the operation of broadcasting recording camera (ie. announcement recordings), editing and upload to intranet.\nMonitor and manage audio levels during event for speakers, manage cameras, lights, video over TriCaster, WebEx, broadcasting from Audio-Visual booth\nPhone / Email / Calendar Management(Audio-Visual support hotline, user email Video Call bookings, assist telepresence booking) and team calendar, priority management for Executive meetings)\n\nProvide monthly report on support volumes, analysis and issues with action plans \nAssist audio bridge issues\nSupport Trading floor events (IPTV only)\nProvide advisory on Audio-Visual setup (facilities, infrastructure, recording).\nTo support Audio-Visual products / solutions : Video Conference, Cisco Telepresence, Laptop/iPad, setups, meeting room to connect Virtual desktop/ desktop\nWebEx / Teams/ Zoom/ Audio bridges\nManage channels of AMX IPTV system\nAudio-Visual controls, TV broadcasting\nVC call scheduling in VQ and monitoring. Managing of virtual meeting rooms (trading floor).\nWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:\nMin of 3 year working experience in AV support environment\nGood understanding and knowledge in video call connections, Digital Media Switchers, audio mixer, camera control.\nGood level of experience with virtual call (include but not limited to Webex/Zoom/Team) setup and connect\nGood level of experience with supporting change and incident management\nGood documentation skills and record keeping\nExperienced in hardware support, breakfix and troubleshooting.\nExperienced in live event support/logistic\nProficiency in English language and local language where the technicians are based\nAbility to respond to issues and provide timely update, and escalation\nEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
