This role focuses on break/fix support, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining reliable AV system performance. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in AV support, a practical approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a client-facing environment while managing tickets and documenting work clearly. \nHours for this role are 12pm-8pm EST Monday thru Friday.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProvide break/fix support for AV systems in meeting rooms, conference spaces, and office areas\nTroubleshoot basic to intermediate issues with audio, video, and conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)\nRespond to and update support tickets in line with agreed SLAs, escalating issues when required\nSupport end users with common AV and basic IT issues (e.g., connectivity, device setup)\nAssist with routine checks, minor configuration changes, and simple system maintenance\nSupport basic IT tasks such as device setup, imaging, and peripheral troubleshooting (e.g., laptops, printers) \nESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\n1-3 years of experience in AV or IT support\nBasic knowledge of AV systems, video conferencing, and end-user technology\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nComfortable working in a client-facing environment\nAbility to manage and update tickets clearly and accurately\nGood communication skills and a reliable, team-oriented approach\nDESIRABLE CRITERIA:\nExperience with common AV platforms (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms) is a plus\nExposure to tools like Crestron or Extron is beneficial but not required\nSome physical work may be required (e.g., moving equipment, room setup)\nThe EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
