You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using SQL, Tableau, and Python.\nThis role is well-suited to someone who enjoys working with data end-to-end-from understanding business needs to building scalable, high-quality analytics solutions-and who takes pride in delivering clear, impactful insights.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that clearly visualise and communicate complex data findings.\nWrite and optimise complex SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and data exploration.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into effective BI solutions.\nDesign and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple data sources.\nPerform data analysis and develop data models to support reporting and analytical needs.\nWrite efficient Python scripts for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.\nOptimise BI solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.\nStay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).\nStrong experience programming in SQL, including writing and optimising complex queries.\nProven experience working as a Business Intelligence Developer or Data Analyst.\nStrong proficiency in Tableau for data visualisation and report development.\nProficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and scripting.\nSolid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication and collaboration abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.\nPreferred Qualifications\nTableau certification or experience with additional BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView.\nStrong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nBelonging at EOS\nAt EOS, we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
