This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, global organisation.\nThe Role\nYou will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end order lifecycle for Managed Services customers. Working closely with Service Delivery, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams, you will ensure customer orders, contracts, purchase orders, and billing data are managed accurately and efficiently from initiation through to revenue recognition.\nThe successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination between operational and commercial functions, helping to ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements while maintaining accurate revenue-related records and supporting business growth.\nThis role is focused on operational excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement rather than traditional accounting or finance activities.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage the end-to-end order lifecycle for Managed Services customers, from receipt of customer purchase orders through to service activation and billing readiness.\nReview and validate customer purchase orders, contracts, and commercial documentation to ensure compliance with internal requirements.\nCoordinate with Service Delivery, Operations, Procurement, and Sales teams to ensure all service requirements are captured accurately.\nMaintain accurate customer records, service inventories, pricing schedules, and contractual data across relevant business systems.\nMonitor revenue-related workflows and ensure customer orders progress through operational processes on schedule.\nSupport invoice readiness activities by ensuring service delivery and commercial data are accurate and complete.\nInvestigate and resolve order management, service delivery, and revenue-related queries in a timely manner.\nWork closely with internal stakeholders to identify and address process bottlenecks or operational inefficiencies.\nSupport customer onboarding activities and assist with new service implementation requirements.\nEnsure customer requests, contractual changes, renewals, and service amendments are processed accurately.\nProduce operational and commercial reports to support management decision-making.\nAssist with forecasting, pipeline tracking, renewals management, and revenue operations reporting.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, and service delivery quality.\nBuild and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.\nManage multiple priorities effectively while ensuring service level commitments and deadlines are achieved.\nEssential Qualifications & Experience\nPrevious experience in revenue operations, order management, customer operations, contract administration, commercial operations, or service delivery coordination.\nExperience working in a customer-facing or business operations environment.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of operational and commercial data accurately.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.\nDesirable Qualifications & Experience\nExperience supporting Managed Services, Technology Services, Telecommunications, IT Services, or related industries.\nFamiliarity with order management, CRM, ERP, PSA, or service management platforms.\nUnderstanding of purchase order management, contract administration, revenue tracking, or customer lifecycle management.\nExperience coordinating activities across Sales, Operations, Finance, Service Delivery, and Procurement functions.\nExperience working within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.\nKnowledge of commercial processes, contract management, or recurring revenue models.\nExperience contributing to operational reporting, forecasting, or business process optimisation initiatives.\nKey Competencies\nCustomer Focus\nStakeholder Management\nCommercial Awareness\nAttention to Detail\nCommunication & Collaboration\nProblem Solving\nOrganisational Skills\nAccountability\nAdaptability\nProcess Improvement Mindset\nOperational Excellence\nBelonging at EOS\nEOS IT Solutions is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace.
