This role serves as the critical link between construction teams, logistics providers, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure materials, equipment, and resources are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong construction project management expertise with deep knowledge of supply chain, logistics operations, and data center environments. They thrive in fast-paced, highly complex projects where schedule, quality, safety, and operational excellence are paramount.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Delivery\nManage end-to-end logistics planning and execution for data center construction projects.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and logistics delivery plans.\nCoordinate the movement, storage, and deployment of critical construction materials and equipment.\nDrive project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and disruptions.\nStakeholder Management\nPartner closely with construction managers, general contractors, vendors, engineering teams, and operations stakeholders.\nFacilitate communication across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment on project priorities.\nLead project meetings, provide regular status updates, and escalate issues when appropriate.\nBuild strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.\nLogistics & Supply Chain Management\nOversee inbound and outbound logistics activities for construction materials and mission-critical equipment.\nMonitor inventory, warehousing, transportation, and site delivery operations.\nCoordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve shipment issues and optimize delivery schedules.\nEnsure materials are available to support construction activities without creating excess inventory or unnecessary costs.\nCost, Quality & Performance\nTrack budgets, forecasts, and project expenditures.\nMonitor contractor and vendor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.\nImplement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and project execution.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.\nSafety & Compliance\nChampion a strong culture of safety across all project activities.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and construction safety standards.\nSupport site audits, inspections, and corrective action programs.\nPromote operational excellence and adherence to established logistics and construction processes.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience managing large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or data center projects.\nExperience coordinating complex logistics operations, supply chain activities, or material management programs.\nStrong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nExperience working with contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.\nProficiency with project management and reporting tools.\nPreferred\nExperience supporting hyperscale data center construction projects.\nKnowledge of mission-critical environments and infrastructure delivery.\nSupply chain, logistics, or procurement experience within construction or technology industries.\nProject Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.\nUnderstanding of warehouse operations,
