This position is responsible for handling IT equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting provisioning and deployment activities, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requests.\nThis role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment while delivering a high level of customer service.\nThis role requires daily on-site presence in Menlo Park, CA.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDeploy desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile devices, desk phones, and related IT equipment\nProvide desk-side support and basic troubleshooting where appropriate\nEnsure safe disposal and handling of retired or damaged equipment\nManage inventory levels within the deployment and logistics scope\nMaintain accurate asset traceability through inventory and data entry systems\nReceive and process inbound hardware shipments\nPerform inventory cycle counts as directed by leadership\nRestock IT cabinets, lockers, and vending machines\nSupport e-waste processing and donation requests\nCollect IT equipment from employees during upgrades, offboarding, and device refreshes\nMonitor and maintain ticket queues, task queues, and service requests regularly\nCoordinate delivery of devices and equipment to meet operational deadlines\nEnsure all deliveries are completed ahead of orientation or project deadlines\nAssist with desk moves, workstation setups, and office support activities\nPartner with inventory and logistics teams across multiple sites and regions\nOperate company-provided vehicles, when required, to transport IT equipment, materials, or supplies between supported locations\nTravel to other company or client locations, as business needs require, to provide operational or project support\nMaintain clean, organized, and audit-ready work areas\nSupport operational improvement initiatives and additional projects as assigned by management\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nExperience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred (not required)\nProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace\nFamiliarity with inventory management systems is a plus\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nEffective time management in a fast-paced environment\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written\nTeam-oriented with a collaborative mindset\nProfessional, customer-focused approach\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs\nExperience with pallet jack or forklift is a plus (training available)\nWhy Join Us\nAt EOS IT Solutions, you’ll be part of a high-performing IT Logistics team supporting a global technology client.
