We are a truly international IT solutions provider, proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.\nPosition Overview\nThe HR Director will lead the people strategy and HR service delivery across APAC and EMEA, supporting approximately 1000 employees across 30+ countries.\nWorking closely with global and regional leaders, the HR Director will oversee the employee lifecycle, ensure legislative compliance and build the HR infrastructure required to support EOS’s continued growth.\nThe role will lead the APAC and EMEA HR team, with the APAC HR Lead based in India reporting directly to the HR Director.\nRegional Scope\nThe role specifically includes:\nOccassional travel to key APAC locations, including Singapore, Tokyo and Sydney.\nFlexibility to attend early-morning or evening calls across APAC and EMEA time zones.\nEstablishing new employing entities and local HR services as EOS enters new markets, including potential operations in Taiwan.\nSelecting and managing employer-of-record, outsourced payroll and other employment providers across APAC.\nCompliance with Northern Ireland fair employment registration, monitoring and annual return requirements.\nOversight of Ireland’s MyFutureFund pension auto-enrolment requirements.\nReadiness for EU pay transparency requirements.\nOversight of works councils, GDPR and employee consultation obligations.\nManagement of employment considerations for engineers working at client sites outside their employing country.\nManagement of TUPE and equivalent employee-transfer requirements in other jurisdictions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and deliver an APAC and EMEA HR strategy aligned with EOS’s global objectives.\nLead, develop and empower the regional HR team, including the APAC HR Lead based in India.\nPartner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and regional growth.\nOversee employee relations, payroll, pensions, benefits, reward, recruitment, performance and talent development.\nAdvise on complex grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, restructures and organisational change.\nEstablish compliant HR operations when EOS enters new countries, including local payroll, benefits, policies and employment documentation.\nManage employer-of-record, payroll and other third-party providers, monitoring service, compliance, cost and employee experience.\nMaintain effective HR policies and processes that reflect EOS’s values and local legislation.\nEnsure compliance with employment, data protection, consultation, reporting and employee-transfer obligations across the region.\nLead the people aspects of acquisitions, integrations and organisational change.\nProvide workforce reporting and insights covering headcount, turnover, absence, recruitment and employment costs.\nManage the regional HR budget and continuously improve HR services and systems.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nSignificant experience in a senior HR leadership role within an international organisation.\nExperience supporting employees across multiple APAC and EMEA jurisdictions.\nStrong knowledge of regional employment legislation, with the ability to engage local specialists where required.\nProven experience leading and developing geographically dispersed HR teams.\nExperience establishing HR operations in new markets and managing employer-of-record, payroll or other employment providers.\nExperience managing complex employee relations, organisational change, acquisitions and cross-border employee transfers.\nStrong commercial awareness, analytical capability and senior stakeholder management skills.\nA degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\nCIPD Level 7 or an equivalent advanced HR qualification is preferred.\nExcellent written, verbal and presentation skills.\nWillingness to travel and work flexibly across APAC and EMEA time zones.\nHigh levels of integrity, discretion and commitment to an inclusive workplace.\nBelonging at EOS\nEOS is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every employee feels respected, valued and empowered to succeed.
