Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders, you will align people strategies with business objectives, ensuring organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to influence business performance, drive strategic HR initiatives, and support the continued growth of EOS across the region.\nWhat You Will Do\nPartner closely with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and regional growth plans.\nProvide expert guidance on employment legislation, workplace policies, employee relations matters, and HR best practices across Finland, Norway and Sweden.\nSupport workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning and talent development initiatives.\nChampion performance management processes and coach managers to drive employee growth, engagement and accountability.\nLead HR support for organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and a positive employee experience.\nEnsure consistent application of company policies while maintaining compliance with local labour regulations and employment standards.\nDrive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing and company culture.\nAct as a key stakeholder in compensation and benefits reviews, helping ensure competitive and compliant programmes across the region.\nLeverage people analytics and HR metrics to support business decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.\nMaintain HR systems and employee records to the highest standard, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.\nBuild and manage relationships with external partners, including legal advisors, benefits providers and recruitment agencies.\nSupport talent acquisition initiatives in partnership with recruitment teams as required.\nTravel regularly across the Nordic region and occasionally to other European locations.\nWhat You Will Need to Succeed\nRelevant HR qualification or equivalent professional certification.\nMinimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years operating in an HR Business Partner capacity.\nExperience supporting multiple countries within the Nordic region, ideally Finland, Norway and Sweden.\nStrong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices across the Nordics.\nExperience operating within a multinational organisation, preferably within the technology, managed services, engineering or data centre sectors.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.\nDemonstrated experience supporting organisational change, employee relations and performance management initiatives.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.\nExcellent communication, coaching and leadership skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nFluency in English is essential.
