This role combines inventory control, ERP system management, data analysis, audit activities, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nThe successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for inventory-related issues, supporting global warehouse teams, ensuring cycle count compliance, investigating discrepancies, and producing regular reporting and audit findings.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and resolve inventory support tickets within agreed SLAs.\nProcess stock reclassifications accurately and efficiently.\nConduct regular inventory health checks and data accuracy reviews.\nAct as the key contact for cycle count compliance and issue resolution.\nConduct quarterly inventory audits across global warehouse locations.\nLead audit review and closeout meetings with warehouse teams.\nAttend daily operational meetings with global warehouse teams.\nAnalyse inventory and ticketing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nProduce and distribute weekly inventory reports.\nSupport the development and enhancement of inventory dashboards in partnership with the BI team.\nMaintain and update inventory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nEssential Requirements\nMinimum of 3 years' experience using an ERP system.\nProven experience in inventory management.\nStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.\nDemonstrated continuous improvement mindset.\nDesirable Requirements\nExperience using Sage X3.\nExperience using Datalinx.\nThe EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
