The Warehouse Lead provides daily direction to associates, monitors workload and performance, removes operational blockers, and serves as the first point of escalation for process, system, quality, and service-related issues.\nThe successful candidate will lead by example, maintain high standards of accuracy and accountability, and ensure operations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established global processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTeam & Operational Leadership \nLead and coordinate daily IT logistics and warehouse activities, ensuring work is prioritized and completed in line with operational requirements and customer commitments.\nProvide clear daily directions to warehouse associates, including workload allocation, task delegation, and prioritization.\nMaintain a hands-on presence within the operation and actively support the team during periods of increased volume or operational demand.\nMonitor performance against key service, quality, productivity, accuracy, safety, and cost metrics.\nAct as the first point of escalation for operational, process, quality, or system-related issues.\nEscalate risks, blockers, SLA concerns, and resource constraints to management in a timely manner.\nPromote accountability, teamwork, engagement, and a positive working environment.\nSupport management with associate performance, attendance, timekeeping, and other day-to-day people-related matters.\nManage and review associate timecards to ensure accuracy and timely completion.\nIT Logistics & Asset Management\nCoordinate the movement of IT assets through inbound, processing, inventory, provisioning, and outbound workflows.\nSupport receiving activities, including shipment verification, inspection, processing, and accurate system transactions.\nEnsure IT assets are handled, stored, processed, and shipped in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.\nMaintain accurate asset traceability throughout the asset lifecycle.\nSupport provisioning and order fulfillment activities to ensure customer and partner deadlines are achieved.\nCoordinate and monitor ETAs for provisioning, order completion, and other operational deliverables.\nDiagnose basic hardware, cosmetic, and operating system issues and recommend appropriate repair or disposition actions.\nTroubleshoot internal systems and operational processes, escalating technical issues where appropriate.\nEnsure all equipment is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data security and asset management requirements.\nInventory Control & Data Accuracy\nMaintain high standards of inventory accuracy and data integrity across warehouse systems and operational processes.\nCoordinate and support monthly cycle counts and other inventory control activities.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.\nEnsure physical inventory movements are accurately reflected within applicable systems.\nMonitor inventory processes for compliance with established controls and procedures.\nMaintain organized, safe, and audit-ready warehouse and storage areas.\nQuality & Process Compliance\nEnsure associates consistently follow approved global SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements, and customer processes.\nPerform or support quality checks and operational audits as required.\nIdentify process gaps, recurring errors, or areas of operational risk and escalate appropriately.\nSupport the creation, review, and implementation of SOPs and work instructions when processes change.\nMaintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, attention to detail, and right-first-time execution.\nReporting & Stakeholder Support \nProvide daily operational and performance updates to management.\nSupport the preparation of reports, metrics, documentation, and operational updates for key stakeholders.\nCommunicate proactively regarding workload, capacity, risks, delays, and service-impacting issues.\nPartner with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve service, quality, and cost objectives.\nMaintain professional and customer-focused communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.\nSupport urgent or escalated customer requirements when necessary.\nContinuous Improvement & Team Development \nIdentify opportunities to reduce waste, eliminate unnecessary process steps, improve quality, and increase operational efficiency.\nParticipate in and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nEncourage associates to identify operational improvements and contribute ideas.\nSupport associate onboarding, training, cross-training, and capability development.\nCoach team members on processes, quality expectations, productivity, and operational standards.\nShare best practices across teams and support the development of consistent, best-in-class IT logistics operations.\n Travel & Site Support \nTravel to other customer or operational sites within the region when required to support business needs, projects, escalations, or temporary increases in workload.\nWhere required and appropriately authorized, drive a company vehicle between operational or customer locations to support the movement of equipment, supplies, or other business requirements.\nFlexibility may occasionally be required to support changing operational schedules, business priorities, or urgent customer needs.\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\n3-5 years of experience leading or coordinating teams within a fast-paced operational environment.\nPrevious experience within logistics, warehousing, supply chain, IT asset management, or a similar operational environment preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work across multiple operational requirements.\nExperience working against defined KPIs, SLAs, productivity targets, or service expectations.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach to resolving operational issues.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to make timely, informed decisions.\nHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining data integrity.\nStrong customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a wider team.\nFlexibility and adaptability in response to changing operational and business requirements.\nComfortable working with spreadsheets, operational reporting, performance metrics, and inventory or asset management systems.\nAbility to learn and troubleshoot internal systems and technology-related processes.\nDegree preferred but not required;
