This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, meeting and exceeding established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), optimizing labor utilization, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.\nThe successful candidate will provide direct leadership, coaching, and development to Warehouse Leads, who are responsible for supervising the daily activities of warehouse associates. This position requires a strong operational presence, effective workforce planning, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process optimization.\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence, accountability, and employee development, with the ability to balance daily execution against long-term improvement objectives.\nThis is a primarily onsite position requiring a consistent leadership presence within the warehouse. Occasional travel to other locations within the NAMER region may be required to support business and operational needs.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOperational Leadership & Execution\nOversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of IT logistics processes, including inbound, inventory management, asset processing, outbound, and reverse logistics.\nEnsure operational activities consistently meet or exceed established SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and customer expectations.\nProvide direct leadership and oversight to Warehouse Leads, ensuring clear accountability for operational performance, productivity, and team execution.\nMaintain a strong onsite leadership presence, proactively identifying operational challenges, addressing escalations, and supporting timely resolution.\nEstablish and maintain operational priorities to ensure effective resource allocation, workflow management, and achievement of business objectives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure operational alignment, effective communication, and seamless service delivery.\nLabor Planning & Workforce Management\nDevelop, implement, and maintain comprehensive labor plans aligned with operational volumes, productivity expectations, and service requirements.\nRegularly evaluate staffing levels, workload distribution, and labor utilization to ensure resources are deployed efficiently.\nMonitor operational trends, volume forecasts, and productivity data to anticipate staffing needs and proactively adjust labor plans.\nPartner with Warehouse Leads to ensure effective daily workforce allocation, task prioritization, and operational coverage.\nIdentify opportunities to improve labor efficiency while maintaining quality, safety, and service standards.\nManage attendance, overtime, scheduling, and workforce performance in accordance with company policies and operational requirements.\nKPI Management & Performance Accountability\nOwn operational performance against established KPIs, SLAs, productivity targets, and quality standards.\nDevelop and maintain performance reporting, dashboards, and operational scorecards to provide visibility into warehouse performance.\nAnalyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\nConduct regular performance reviews with Warehouse Leads, establishing clear expectations, measurable objectives, and corrective actions where necessary.\nProactively identify risks to service delivery and implement mitigation strategies to prevent SLA breaches or operational disruptions.\nCommunicate performance results, challenges, improvement initiatives, and operational risks to the Service Delivery Manager and relevant stakeholders.\nFoster a culture of accountability, ensuring performance expectations are understood and consistently achieved at all levels.\nContinuous Improvement & Operational Excellence\nChampion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging proactive problem-solving, innovation, and operational ownership.\nApply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to identify waste, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimize warehouse workflows.\nLead and participate in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) exercises to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.\nDevelop, implement, and measure process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, accuracy, and operational efficiency.\nPromote standardization of processes and best practices to ensure consistent execution across warehouse operations.\nReview, develop, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current operational requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEncourage Warehouse Leads and associates to contribute improvement ideas and actively participate in operational excellence initiatives.\nEstablish measurable outcomes for improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness to ensure sustainable results.\n Leadership Development & Team Engagement\nProvide consistent leadership, mentorship, and coaching to Warehouse Leads, supporting their professional development and effectiveness as frontline leaders.\nEstablish clear leadership expectations, promoting accountability, ownership, effective communication, and collaboration.\nConduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance discussions to identify development opportunities and support individual growth.\nEmpower Warehouse Leads to independently manage daily operations, resolve challenges, and develop their own teams.\nSupport succession planning by identifying and developing high-potential employees for future leadership opportunities.\nFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture built on teamwork, respect, recognition, and continuous learning.\nDrive employee engagement initiatives that promote retention, professional growth, and a shared commitment to operational excellence.\nAddress performance concerns proactively and consistently, partnering with HR and management when appropriate.\nQuality, Compliance & Safety\nEnsure warehouse operations comply with established SOPs, company policies, client requirements, and applicable safety regulations.\nConduct regular operational audits and quality reviews to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities.\nPromote a safety-first culture, ensuring employees follow established workplace safety procedures and best practices.\nMaintain high standards of inventory accuracy, asset traceability, data integrity, and operational documentation.\nImplement corrective and preventive actions in response to audit findings, quality concerns, or operational incidents.\nEnsure warehouse facilities and work areas are maintained to appropriate standards of organization, cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.\nStakeholder Collaboration & Communication\nPartner closely with the Service Delivery Manager to align warehouse operations with business priorities, customer expectations, and strategic objectives.\nMaintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and regional operational leadership.\nProvide timely and transparent updates regarding operational performance, risks, resource requirements, and improvement initiatives.\nSupport regional projects, process standardization, and operational improvement initiatives as required.\nDemonstrate a customer-focused mindset, ensuring operational decisions support service excellence and long-term client satisfaction.\nWork Location & Travel Requirements\nThis position is based primarily onsite at the Newark, CA warehouse facility.\nRegular onsite presence is required to effectively oversee warehouse operations, support frontline leadership, and maintain operational standards.\nFlexibility to work outside standard business hours may be required to support operational demands, business priorities, or critical service requirements.\nOccasional travel to other EOS IT Solutions or client locations within the NAMER region may be required for operational support, training, collaboration, or business initiatives.\nREPORTING STRUCTURE:\nThis position reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager and is responsible for the direct supervision, coaching, and development of Warehouse Leads.\nWarehouse Leads are responsible for directing the daily activities and performance of warehouse associates, with the Warehouse Manager maintaining overall accountability for team performance, operational execution, and service delivery.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nProven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or related operational environment.\n Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or operational leadership role.\nDemonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team leaders or frontline supervisors.\nStrong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory management, operational controls, and workforce planning.\nExperience developing and managing labor plans, resource allocation, and productivity expectations.\nProven ability to manage operational performance against KPIs, SLAs, and quality targets.\nWorking knowledge of Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and process optimization.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and translate findings into actionable improvements.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive), with experience utilizing operational reporting and performance management tools.\nDemonstrated commitment to accountability, employee engagement, and operational excellence.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience in IT asset management, IT logistics, technology warehousing, or related services.\nFamiliarity with Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience developing, implementing, and maintaining SOPs and standardized operational processes.\nExperience leading multiple operational workstreams or teams through a layered leadership structure.\nKnowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory tracking platforms, and asset lifecycle management.\nExperience working with EOS reporting frameworks or similar operational performance management systems.\nDemonstrated success implementing measurable process improvements and
