This position combines logistics expertise with IT hardware diagnostics, repair coordination, and team leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced, high impact environment.\nWho We Are\nEOS IT Solutions is a global technology and logistics company delivering Collaboration and Business IT Support services to some of the world’s largest industry leaders.\nWe pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service through innovation, operational excellence, and strong partnerships-while creating opportunities for our employees to grow and succeed.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead standard creation and ensure adherence across global asset technician teams\nAct as a point of escalation for process, technical, and operational queries\nProvide hardware support for a wide range of devices, including Apple and Windows products\nDeliver software support across macOS and Windows environments (including Boot Camp and Parallels)\nTriage assets and diagnose hardware or cosmetic issues, recommending appropriate repairs\nTroubleshoot internal systems and resolve day-to-day operational challenges\nManage repair timelines, partner deadlines, and ensure high-quality completion standards\nCompile repair data and provide performance reporting to management\nMaintain accurate asset tracking and update customer portals with real-time status\nPrepare assets for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and coordinating with couriers\nReceive, inspect, and process inbound shipments; stock inventory appropriately\nAssist with loading and unloading shipments and warehouse material handling\nConduct cycle counts and support ongoing inventory audits\nPartner with regional and global inventory teams for alignment and process consistency\nSupport new hire equipment deployment and regional logistics coordination\nOversee e-waste processing, donation logistics, and proper disposal practices\nTravel to customer sites within the region for urgent technical or logistical requests\nWork efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment while maintaining high data integrity standards\nTake on additional tasks or special projects as assigned by site leadership\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nPrevious experience leading or mentoring a team in a fast-paced or high-demand environment\nExperience in logistics, warehousing, IT support, or hardware repair (preferred)\nStrong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn device repair and troubleshooting\nFamiliarity with Apple and Windows operating systems\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)\nExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and make quick decisions\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy\nA proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to a team\nFlexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and customer needs\nComfortable being hands-on with inventory, equipment handling, and warehouse operations\nAbility to lift and move equipment in a warehouse environment\nDesirable Skills\nExperience with inventory management or asset tracking systems\nBackground in IT hardware repair or technical environments\nKnowledge of global logistics or multi-region operations\nExperience working with ticketing or queue management systems\nWhy Join Us\nAt EOS IT Solutions, you’ll be part of a high-performing IT Logistics team supporting a global technology client.
