You will lead installation teams, ensure optimal system performance, and act as a technical escalation point while maintaining high standards of service delivery.\n**THIS POSITION REQUIRES UP TO 70% TRAVEL. \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead the installation and de-installation of AV/TelePresence products.\nSupervise and guide AV Technicians during installation projects.\nConfigure endpoints and infrastructure.\nConduct room audits to ensure optimal technology performance.\nPerform preventative maintenance and readiness checks.\nIdentify and resolve equipment failures with effective solutions.\nComplete post-installation assessments and user acceptance testing.\nInstall software upgrades and manage break/fix and RMA requests.\nAct as a technical escalation point for ongoing faults.\nInterface with clients on-site in alignment with service level agreements.\nProvide project reporting and updates to management.\nDocument hardware failures and supervise rack building processes.\nTravel nationally to customer sites as required.\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA: \nProven experience leading AV Technician or Engineering teams.\nHands-on experience terminating, configuring, and programming AV equipment (Extron, Cisco, Crestron, AMX).\nAbility to read and interpret technical plans and perform necessary configurations.\nExperience with AV/VC integrations.\nAgile mindset with a strong sense of urgency.\nHigh responsiveness, efficiency, and professionalism in customer interactions.\nStrong problem-solving mindset and technical curiosity.\nAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.\nCommitment to continuous technical development.\nWillingness and eligibility to travel and work globally.\nReliable and capable of working independently and collaboratively.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nCritical thinking and adaptability to changing work conditions.\nMotivated team player.\nDESIRABLE CRITERIA: \nTechnical proficiency in:Control Systems: Crestron, AMX, Extron\nAudio Systems: BIAMP, QSC, Polycom\n Video Systems: Cisco, Polycom\n\nEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
